At Scend, we understand the excitement of receiving your favourite socks promptly. That's why we've streamlined our shipping process to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for you. Please note, we are currently only shipping Australia wide.

- Processing Time: Our dedicated team works diligently to process and prepare your order for shipment. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods or sales events.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 2-4 business days if you’re in VIC and 3-6 business days if you’re interstate to arrive at your doorstep.
- Express Shipping: Need your socks sooner? Choose our express shipping option, which delivers your order within 1-2 business days if you’re in VIC and 1-3 business days if you’re interstate.
Shipping Costs
A flat rate of $9.99 applies for standard shipping and a flat rate of $12.99 will apply to express shipping—if you spend over $60 free shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Rest assured, you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your package and anticipate its delivery.
Delivery Times
